Grab ½ pear , 1/4c. pecans, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and 2 T of honey. Mix the honey, pecans, and cinnamon.
Core a half a pear and place honey and pecans inside. Enjoy!
This mini meal provides a dose of healthy carbohydrates for energy, healthy fats for fullness, and sweetness to put a smile on anyone’s face. Plus it travels well. Be sure you utilize the cinnamon to help aid in blood sugar stabilization from the honey and pear sugars (but remember these are much better sugars!)
