This past Sunday when I asked the boys what they wanted for dinner, Keenan said Batman! I think he wanted me to say "I can't." But instead I got creative! We were having friends over that evening so I had to ask myself what would feed a group easily? My answer: Breakfast for Dinner! Ben and Keenan love it when we have a taco bar. In fact, our friends do as well. Tuesdays have turned into a typical night when friends come over for a healthy dinner.
