Erin’s Story

Erin is an elementary school teacher who was ready to make a change. She was not drinking enough water and wanted to improve her exercise and nutrition habits. Since joining the NuStart Coaching Program, she has found sustainable routines that have helped her become a happier and healthier person.

Education has been key

Erin believes that it’s hard to make healthy changes on your own. But with the help of her coach, she learned ways to fit exercise into her schedule, even when her life gets busy. Erin also feels more confident about cooking healthy meals that she and her family will enjoy. And She’s equipped with the knowledge she needs to choose foods that help her to feel good and fit the goals she has for her health.

Coaching helps Erin keep moving forward

Erin has been able to keep up the healthy lifestyle changes she began almost a year ago. She values the accountability and support she receives from her health coach. As a result, exercise, water, and whole foods are now part of her routine and she is more conscious of what helps her feel her best. Erin has said her coach has been positive throughout her journey and has never felt judged, even if the week didn’t go as planned. Being able to celebrate successes and talk through challenges has kept her motivated and achieving the goals she has set for herself.
